You understand and give consent that SessionPark may review and delete any content, messages, photos or profiles that violate this Agreement or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of Users at the sole discretion of SessionPark. User profiles may never include any telephone numbers or street addresses, however this information may be shared through private messaging. Copyright Policy.
No copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights may be posted, distributed, or reproduced in any way.

Limitation on Liability.
In no event will SessionPark be liable to you for any lost profits, incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages, arising out of your usership of this Web site or the breach of this agreement, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Some States do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Proprietary Rights.
SessionPark owns and retains all proprietary rights in the Website and the Service. The Website contains the copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information of SessionPark. You may not copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any such proprietary information, except for that information which is in the public domain or for which you have been given written permission.

Indemnity.
You hereby indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SessionPark, its officers, directors, employees, representatives, partners, subsidiaries, affiliates, as well as all other agents that are not party to this Indemnity Agreement, from and against any and all claims, causes of action, losses, damages, suits and liabilities of every kind whatsoever, including all expenses of litigation, court costs and attorneys' fees (including, but not limited to, all expenses of litigation and reasonable attorneys' fees incurred by the SessionPark in enforcing the provisions of this Indemnity Agreement), arising out of or from, incident to, or resulting from, the services and or products or any transaction related thereto.
